Jane Seymour's One Workout That Keeps her Glamorous

The looks of the famous Bond girl from the Live and Let Die movie, Jane Seymour makes us think that the movie was shot just 10 not 40 years ago! In her recent photos from a family vacation, we can see her holding her grandchild, but it looks more like she is the young aunt of that child, not its grandmother, as she doesn’t look like she is over 40.

However, her actual age is 66, even though it seems impossible judging by the pictures, which are not touched or photo shopped. If you are thinking that “the knife” is who she should be thanking, you are wrong, because this actress had just some minor Botox procedures years ago, but decided to quit because in her own words: “I am an actress, and I need to be capable of expressing myself and with Botox, you can’t  do that.”

So, is she a fitness and diet freak? No, when it comes to her fit physique, she doesn’t take any crazy measures to keep herself so youthful looking. Her secret is Pilates.

She says that in the 80’s, when everybody was crazy about aerobics, she gave it a shot due to her role in Pop TV’s Let’s Get Physical, but didn’t like it because it was too aggressive and hard for her. She was looking for something lighter. That is when she discovered Pilates and it seems that it really worked out well for her.

She was actually one of the pioneers in this exercise technique, and back then, only a few of Hollywood’s stars were working with her. In fact, it was just 6 other famous women: the original Charlie’s Angels, Natalie Wood, and Joan Collins.

Furthermore, Jane also does Gyrotonics, also know as the Gyrotonic Expansion System, and light weights, but claims that Pilates is the main ingredient for her youthful look. So, ladies, now that you know her secret, where and when’s the next Pilates class?
